Connect ThriveCart
Connect your ThriveCart account to Data Curator so your orders, transactions, and subscriptions flow into your dashboards. ThriveCart connects in one click — you authorize Data Curator from your ThriveCart account and grant read-only access. There are no API keys to copy.
Before you start
- You'll need a Data Curator account with permission to add platform accounts to your organization.
- Have your ThriveCart sign-in ready, and make sure you're signed in to the ThriveCart account you want to connect.
Connect ThriveCart
- In Data Curator, open Settings → Platform Accounts (the gear icon in the top-right, then Platform Accounts on the left).
- Click Connect Platform, then choose ThriveCart.
- Click Connect ThriveCart. You'll be taken to ThriveCart to authorize Data Curator. (Your account ID and display name fill in automatically from the account you authorize — there's nothing to type.)
- Review the access request — it's read-only — and approve it.
- You'll land back in Data Curator and the import starts automatically. On the Business plan, Data Curator imports the current year plus the two prior years of your ThriveCart history (Enterprise plans import your full history), so it may take a little while to fill in.
ThriveCart authorizes one account per connection. If you run more than one ThriveCart account, connect them one at a time — sign in to the next account in ThriveCart first, then repeat the steps above.
What comes across
- Orders and their line items — your main product plus any bumps, upsells, and downsells.
- Transactions — one-time purchases, rebills (the recurring payments on a subscription or plan), and refunds.
- Subscriptions and payment plans — including ThriveCart's split-pay offers, so a "4 payments of $97" plan is tracked as a payment plan rather than an open-ended subscription.
- Products and pricing options, which feed your Product Catalog.
Once the first import finishes, new sales flow in on their own — there's nothing to re-import.
Only live ThriveCart sales are imported. Test-mode transactions stay out of your dashboards, so if you're trying things out, place a real (live) test purchase to see it appear.
Also connecting Stripe or PayPal?
ThriveCart collects payments through Stripe or PayPal, so you may want to connect those accounts as well — for example to see sales that don't run through ThriveCart at all.
Connecting both is safe and won't double-count your revenue. Data Curator recognizes that a ThriveCart sale and the Stripe or PayPal charge behind it are the same payment, so you get one transaction, with ThriveCart's product and order details attached to it.
