Connect HighLevel
Connect your HighLevel account to Data Curator so your orders, forms, and contacts flow into your dashboards. This guide covers the standard connection — for when you have access to a single HighLevel account. If you manage more than one HighLevel account (for example, through a white-label / agency provider), use the Advanced option instead — see Connect HighLevel — Advanced (multiple accounts).
Before you start
- You'll need a Data Curator account with owner/admin access to your organization.
- Have your HighLevel sign-in ready. If you reach HighLevel through a white-label provider (for example, FG Funnels), you'll sign in with the same email and password you use for that provider.
Connect HighLevel
- In Data Curator, open Settings → Platform Accounts (the gear icon in the top-right, then Platform Accounts).
- Click Connect platform account, then choose HighLevel.
- You'll see a Connect to HighLevel button. Also, under the button, there's an Advanced option — you only need that if you have access to more than one HighLevel account. For a single account, ignore it and continue.
- Click Connect to HighLevel. You'll be taken to HighLevel to connect your sub-account. When prompted, choose Sub-account, then click Install.
- Sign in to the HighLevel marketplace. If you use a white-label provider, sign in with the same email and password you use for that provider. Enter the verification code HighLevel sends you.
- Back on the install screen, click Install. HighLevel will note the app is private — that's expected, so go ahead and proceed to install.
- Review the requested permissions. Most are read-only; the single write permission is what lets Data Curator authorize the app to your account. Click Allow to install.
- You'll land back in Data Curator, and your import starts automatically. On the Business plan, Data Curator imports the current year plus the two prior years of history, so it may take a little while to fill in.
If the connection doesn't complete
Occasionally, the first handshake doesn't finish. If that happens, just click Connect Platform on the Platform Accounts page. Because you're already signed in to HighLevel by then, the second attempt usually goes through smoothly.
