Connect HighLevel — Advanced (multiple accounts)
Use this advanced connection when you have access to more than one HighLevel account — multiple sub-accounts, multiple white-label providers, or a white-label plus a direct HighLevel login. Instead of the one-click connect, you point Data Curator at a specific account using its Location ID, and repeat for each account you want to connect.
If you only have access to a single HighLevel account, use the standard guide instead: Connect HighLevel.
Before you start
- A Data Curator account with owner/admin access to your organization.
- Your HighLevel sign-in — the same email and password you use for your white-label provider or your direct HighLevel login.
- Know which HighLevel account / location you want to connect.
Step 1 — Copy the Location ID from HighLevel
- In HighLevel, switch into the account / location you want to connect.
- Go to Settings → Business Profile (the first page under Settings).
- Find the Location ID and copy it (there's a copy button next to it).
Step 2 — Connect it in Data Curator
- In Data Curator, open Settings → Platform Accounts → Connect platform account, then choose HighLevel.
- Choose the Advanced option — Install with Location ID.
- Paste the Location ID and click Generate link. The account shows as pending installation.
- Click Install the link now (or copy the link and open it).
- You'll be taken to the HighLevel sign-in. Sign in with the same email and password as your white-label provider or direct login, then enter the verification code.
- You'll come back to Data Curator for the location you specified. Click Install.
- HighLevel shows the private app warning — that's expected, so proceed to install.
- Review the requested access, then click Allow to install.
That's it — that location is now connected. To add more, repeat Steps 1 and 2 for each additional account or location.
